Step 1: Contact Us for Return Authorization

Before sending anything back, you must contact us first!

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We'll respond within 24-48 hours with your return authorization and the return address.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package

Once you receive return authorization:

  • ✅ Keep all original tags attached
  • ✅ Include original packaging if possible
  • ✅ Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Ship to the return address we provided in Step 1
  • Keep your tracking number - you'll need it

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery)
  2. Email contact@veraluxuryfashion.store
  3. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect
  4. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping)

For damaged items, we cover return shipping costs!

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:
